Robert McNeel & Associates, the developer of Rhino and Bongo, provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on its products.
If you're not satisfied with a McNeel product you've purchased from 3D ANZ, contact us and we'll help you through the return process.
Before you return your software
Please be aware that if software is returned to us under this guarantee, your licence will be disabled remotely by 3D ANZ.
Once disabled, the licence will not be usable by you or anyone else, anywhere.
Returning software under this guarantee is therefore a permanent return of the licence, rather than a temporary deactivation or transfer.
How to make a claim
If you've purchased Rhino or Bongo from 3D ANZ and you're not satisfied, please contact us before returning your software. We'll explain the process and arrange the next steps.

Refunds
We will initiate all refunds within 3 business days from the time your claim under this guarantee is lodged.
Internet banking
If you paid us by internet banking, the refund can only be made to the bank account that remitted the payment into our account.
If you paid us through a third party or intermediary, we can only refund the payment to the bank account of that third party or intermediary.
Credit or debit card
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to settle to your card will depend, to an extent, on the card issuer's own policies, practices and processing timeframes, over which we have no control.
Rhino's End User License Agreement
The satisfaction guarantee and the software licence are separate matters. The End User License Agreement (EULA) sets out the terms under which Rhino software is licensed and used.
